Replacing a roof is not a pleasant choice for a homeowner. In our case we had the original cedar shingles from 1958 and two layers of asphalt on top. The second two layers sealed in summer heat and added enormous weight. The new roof needed to address ventilation problems and match a recent remodel. The folks at Pacific West Roofing were able to make it all happen. They hand carried each section of the old roof to a truck and thus saved all of the landscaping. New sheathing and roofing felt was installed on the same day to keep it watertight. Shingles and flashing were installed perfectly. I was impressed with each employee's high concern to get all the details completed correctly. Clean up was done at the end of each day so that no construction debris was left on site. In short, this is a professional crew with an outstanding degree of skill. The foreman kept us informed of the progress and any problems that were encountered with options on how to proceed. I give my highest recommendation to Pacific West Roofing. I can't imagine our roof being done any better.
