Contract Performance Warranty

Pacific West Roofing proposes to furnish and install labor and materials in accordance with the work that is stated on our proposal in order that the work qualifies with the manufacturer's long-term warranty. In addition, all labor performed by Pacific West Roofing is unconditionally warranted for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.

Limited Roofing Material Warranty

For a period of 10 years from the Date of Completion, United States Legends, Inc., A California Corporation, warrants to the Qualified Applicators (QA) that the Roof Membrane, when properly installed by the USL/QA to the roof will not deteriorate to the extend that the Roof Membrane will permit leaks into the facility when exposed to ordinary wear and usage. At the end of the Ten Year material warranty, if so requested by the USL/QA, USL shall inspect the Roof membrane and specify what steps must be taken by USL/QA for warrant extension. Once USL approves the work performed by USL/QA to meet these requirements, this warranty shall then be extended for an additional five-year period.
