The project was to create a simple, user-friendly interface that would allow Loan Officers to manage their pipeline and review their commissions. The key feature is the Loan Status Report that delivers a personal account of the loan status rather than an automated response. The information is easily entered by the loan officer and the system converts the results into a formatted PDF file and delivers via email to all included parties. The project also included payroll commission processing, automated form delivery, download data to Excel and complete administrative access to manage users, loans, configuration settings, reporting and projections.
